Nia workouts combine simple moves inspired by dance and martial arts to keep you fit in mind, body and spirit. Nia is also very low impact, and is easily adaptable to your body – you’ll be encouraged to move your way, in tune with your body.
Are beginner's welcome? Absolutely. My classes have a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere and you'll be made to feel very welcome.
Can I join at any time? Yes! A discount is applied automatically during booking so that you won't pay for classes which have already taken place.
How do I pay?Pay online on this site, via PayPal.
Refunds / What happens if I find that it's not for me? If, after your first class, you decide it's not for you, I'll happily refund your term fees, minus the fee for the first class. Otherwise, no refunds are given.
